Do you strive for customer satisfaction and do you speak German on a (near) native level? As helpdesk agent you will offer support to German speaking clients and you will assist them in a polite and efficient way. Your aim is to deliver a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing support via telephone, e-mail and chat to German speaking clients in regards to multimedia products
- Assisting German speaking customers with installations and troubleshooting
- Resolving product related questions or problems
- Managing returned items (RMAs)
- Documenting customer details and queries and escalating if applicable
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
