We are looking for a full time Technical Support Representative B2B with passion for technology. With this position you will work in a dynamic team at our office in Amsterdam
You will identify, troubleshoot and help resolve customers’ technical issues efficiently and accurately, collaborating with peers Product Experts and other customer facing departments.
Being a Technical Support Representative means you are astute, technically minded, a problem solver and keeping the customer at heart of everything you do.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
Provide product information and effective technical support through multiple channels (phone and email);
Investigate and take care of large and complex technical support matters;
Proactively manage customer expectations;
Delve deeply in the matter to resolve complex technical customer issues and provide root cause analysis;
Liaise with peers as well as cross-departmentally to provide complete and thoroughly researched answers for the customers;
Contribute to additional support programs/projects (e.g. content delivery, product expertise, targeted proactive support activities).
What do we expect from you?
There is no set route to become a Technical Support Representative B2B, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
You already have a successful experience in a similar technical role;
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch;
Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
Eager to learn new products and technologies and utilize your knowledge in a practical way;
Ability to follow standard processes and practices within set service levels;
You are a team player.
What we offer
Direct contract with the company
For a 1year initial contract with a starting salary of 28K + 10% bonus possibility, to start ASAP.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
