In this role you will be providing customer service by doing order management and credit processing. You will be working in a team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager for Benelux. In this context, you will support customers in France, The Netherlands and Belgium and respond to all queries regarding the product and services. During a day at the office, you will be…
Processing all orders coming from your portfolio of clients
Responding to and managing effectively all customer queries e.g. product chases, product info, literature request, invoices
Completing different Non Conformities and Complaints forms when required, delivery errors e.g. short shipments & damaged stock, late deliveries and backorders
Ensuring accuracy of dealer / customer codes on the relevant files/records
Administering documentation / data such as customer orders, sample requests, credit information and other relevant correspondence.
You speak fluently Dutch and French, and would like to use these languages at work! You have a couple of years of experience in a similar function and an affinity with the healthcare field.

What we offer
A job with long-term perspective (starting with a 7 month contract through Unique Multilingual)

A salary between €2200-€2400 gross a month
