As a personal assistant you are responsible for administrative, organizational and facilitating activities to support the manager and the team. Your work has a strong focus on proactivity. You will monitor progress, think along and ahead while initiating and coordinating actions to be taken.
Your daily activities consist of:
Ensuring that the Manager is supported and facilitated, so things are arranged correctly and in a timely manner and the manager is unburdened.
Answering the phones and e-mails.
You organize, and manage the calendar.
Take notes in meetings and make summaries in which you immediately include action points.
You act as the first point of contact of the department
Working efficiently with Microsoft Teams, Word, Powerpoint
You monitor administrative procedures and offer support.
You have an MBO/HBO working and thinking level;
Excellent knowledge of the English language
You have excellent contact skills, mail and correspondence can be entrusted;
You are customer-and result-oriented;
You have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams and Powerpoint;
You are organizational and can look ahead and work in a very structural way.
You function well in a team as well as independently;

A salary between 2921 -
25 vacation days on full time basis
A travel allowance of €0.19 cents per kilometer;
