HOW DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You are the main support for customers’ inquiries
Back office activities such as ; Processing and following up customers’ supply from purchase order till goods arrive at the customers’ door;
Order Management, Invoicing, Planning of Shipments;
You have a daily contact and you work closely with the sales account managers, logistics, warehouse and finance teams;

You have a very good oral and written command of French and English
You have an excellent typing skills
Good computer skill set specially in MS Office – Excel, Outlook and ERP systems;
HBO or university think/work level;
Experience in sales, back-office, order management, customer support
What we offer
Start date: Immediately
Full time job based on 40 hours per week.
Salary indication: 2200-2500 EUR gross based on your skills and experience
Excellent employment conditions; travel cost, pension and health care benefits.
Temporary position (contract of 6 months via Unique) with the possibility of a permanent contract directly with the company.
