Clients will contact you in regards of hardware or software issues they are facing. They expect your technical guidance and advice in addressing their product usage and needs.
Your main tasks will be :
Handling email and phone requests from B2B customers and partners
Taking ownership of the issue and provide appropriate solutions
Troubleshooting, researching and diagnosing the matter
Working with your peer and across departments
Being savvy and staying updated of our product knowledge
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent communication in English and Dutch
Being curious and passionate about technology
