Our client is looking for a Logistics Outbound Coordinator to join a dedicated, energetic, and results-oriented team. In this position you will service the European wholesale, ecommerce, retail & distributor accounts in accordance to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of warehouse planning with logistic partners.
  • Daily coordination of processing plan with logistic partners.
  • Being the central point of contact for Customer Service/Sales and 3PL
  • Supporting the Logistics Manager.
  • Use reporting tools to measure and monitor European Supply Chain Logistics performance.
  • Real time monitoring delivery performance & transit times to support distribution operations.

  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Capable of setting priorities and multi-tasking.

What we offer

Job requirements

Educations and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Logistics/Business/Supply Chain).
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a coordination position.
  • Experience with international shipping (is a plus).
  • Skilled in MS Office, Excel (Red Prairie/SAP knowledge is a plus).
  • Fluent in English.
