About the job:

For the headquarters of a client in Breda we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative German and English.

As a Customer Service Representative Germany you are responsible for:

  • Fulfilling all customer inquiries via phone/email such as quotations, order adjustments, availability, order status, claims and product details
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Maintaining files of active orders and posts activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments, and credit changes
  • Order management
  • Preparing paperwork like purchase order confirmations, invoices, and return goods memos
  • Working closely together with the Logistics and Finance department regarding transport and credit status and invoices

What we offer

We offer a long term job for 32 to 40 hours per week within an informal dynamic and international work environment with short communication lines.The company's culture is professional and informal among colleagues. The salary indication will vary between 2500 and 2800 gross per month based on 40 hours based on relevant experience.

Job requirements


  • (near) native German and fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Dutch is a plus
  • Relevant work experience in the customer service field.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on and pro-active;
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Thorough understanding of MS Office and ERP systems,
Preferably living in the Breda area.
