The Administrative Assistant will execute tasks related to the operation of the Rotterdam Office including, but not limited to:

  • Issue management reports of required internal/external interfaces related to the office in Rotterdam.
  • Sign invoices related to Purchases, Equipment / System leases, Services, etc.
  • Maintain proper archives of documentation for both the physical and electronic documentation
  • Management of invoices
  • Communication with stakeholders
  • Communication with third parties
  • Monthly documentation and clarifications with Accountants
  • Clarifications of Tax related issues with Tax Advisors
  • All requested documentation and clarification with Auditors

What we offer

2300 - 2600 gross depending on your experience
40 per week
homeworking (minimum 3 days in the office)
fulltime job, tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast contract

Job requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (native) and English
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Detail oriented, and strong communication customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Teamworking skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Assertiveness and flexibility
