Our Customer Quality team is always looking out for the best interests of our customers form a Quality Assurance perspective.
The purpose of this role and the team is to bridge between Customer, This means we need to take care of Sales and operations, to protect both the needs and values of the Customer, form a quality and food safety perspective.
This means maintaining and improving our customers specifications settings, maintaining customer questionnaires and setting up customer audits.
The team is committed to deliver on the technical (Quality, Regulatory and Service) expectations.
This can be achieved by fostering processes that ensure delivery of these expectations. Issues to monitor are quality compliance of the products, appropriate response to customer queries (including complaints), service expectations, etc. These issues are monitored in Performance KPI’s.
Daily collaboration on Master data settings within the Customer Quality team is necessary to set Quality specification and build testing regimes for the Quality Control department, as part of the Quality Assurance Organization.
The result of our efforts will be a reduced risk and providing the foundation for the commercial teams to achieve continuing growth of the business.

We are looking for a candidate who will be the expert in the technical administration for our customers.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an analytical thinker with good administrative skills.
Because of the intensive contact between different divisions, we expect you to have good communication skills and organizational agility. You will improve automation of processes and make sure we continuously improve our accuracy.
Required competencies are capability to work with deadlines, affinity with automation processes and fluent in English - verbal and written. When having experience working in a Quality environment in an international team is a pré.
