The goal of Clearing Operations is to make client’s business easy, reliable and secure. The AACB is responsible for processing approximately 15 million transactions on average per day!
Your job will be in the Operational Department of Clearing.
Within Operations the Processing department is the AACB's face to technology and the Control department is AACB's face to operational governance.
Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business and the team knows & understands the entire transaction flow. Processing monitors this flow, solves errors and exceptions (whenever necessary), and maintains a robust & predictable process, to improve client service. The team is focused on automation, digitalization and process optimization, in a dynamic business environment.
Control is responsible for accurate, reliable, consistent and timely data, including the integrity and accessibility of client and transaction data. Control also guards the operational governance through service level agreements, MI reports and data quality management. Your role will be based within the data management or reconciliation sub-teams.
As an analyst Officer in Operations, you will mainly have an internal and street side focus. Your main focus lays on; analyzing and the structurally improving the day tot day business and its corresponding processes.
You will learn all about the different end-to-end flows in Clearing and get deep knowledge on the activities within Operations. Using your analytic and data skills you will, together with your colleagues, discuss and implement solutions to improve customer service, efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent;
Minimum of 1 - 3 year work experience or internships in the financial industry;
Data analytic / programming skills;
Business Process Management/Lean Six Sigma skills;
