Your main tasks contain:

  • Collect AR leading two other AR/credit assistants
  • Provide support managing and controlling credit risk and communicate with sales team & counterparts
  • Control/maintain credit related customer data including risk category and other risk related aspects (e.g. credit limit, insurance, payment terms) to avoid bad debts
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/cost accounting and revenue recognition
  • Support monthly closing process and the generation of timely, quality internal and external financial statements and reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly and annual
  • Monitor sales operation & accounting transactions and create RMS (Risk Management System) report - Assist internal & external audit process
  • AR/Credit control : 30%, Corporate Management : 50%, General affairs : 20%

Job requirements

You are a go-getter. You always want to take it a step further and are never satisfied with the minimum. Besides that you want to gain experience within the financial sector and willing to work for your personal growth.

Moreover, you are:

  • HBO-leveled (university of applied sciences) or similar level in finance/economics or business administration;
  • Preferably between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Fluent in both the Dutch & English language and writing;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • The knowledge of SAP (FI,CO) is an asset
  • Open-minded and good interpersonal skills;
  • Resilient to stress & no 9 to 5 mentality.
