Your main tasks contain:
Collect AR leading two other AR/credit assistants
Provide support managing and controlling credit risk and communicate with sales team & counterparts
Control/maintain credit related customer data including risk category and other risk related aspects (e.g. credit limit, insurance, payment terms) to avoid bad debts
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/cost accounting and revenue recognition
Support monthly closing process and the generation of timely, quality internal and external financial statements and reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly and annual
Monitor sales operation & accounting transactions and create RMS (Risk Management System) report - Assist internal & external audit process
AR/Credit control : 30%, Corporate Management : 50%, General affairs : 20%

Moreover, you are:
HBO-leveled (university of applied sciences) or similar level in finance/economics or business administration;
Preferably between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Fluent in both the Dutch & English language and writing;
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
The knowledge of SAP (FI,CO) is an asset
Open-minded and good interpersonal skills;
Resilient to stress & no 9 to 5 mentality.
