Are you looking for challenging role in a fast growing technical company based in the heart of Amsterdam? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and you enjoy taking the lead on the phone with customers? Then this Customer Success Manager role might be perfect for you.

Your responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Successful onboarding of new clients, inbound customers questions and making sure they stay happy with the product;
  • Being the spider in the web between Sales, customers and IT;
  • Periodic calls to maintain customer relationships;
  • Giving technical support to the customers;

What we offer

We offer you a full time role in a fast growing technical company. You will enjoy an extensive 2 week training to gather knowledge about the industry and sales. The salary varies between €2300 and €3000 depending on previous experience. You will get compensation of your travel costs and lunch will be provided by the company.

Job requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English – spoken and written
  • Talking to people on the phone comes natural to you
  • You have technical affinity
  • Experience in Customer Support is plus
  • Strong organizing and problem solving skills
  • You have a self-starter mentality and a positive attitude
