  • Data upload including error correction
  • Archives documents. Processes policies, requests and cancellations. Processes and controls commission statements. Processes data in intermediary administration. Maintain and display a thorough understanding of products, services and procedures. This to be reflected in all activities carried out.
  • Keeping up to date with company product knowledge. Supports actions in relation to introduction of new programs. Broad knowledge of companies’ products. Processes all administration regarding claim handling. Communicate in a responsible, effective, and timely manner (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Other duties as assigned. Supports actions in relation to introduction of new programs and initiatives.’
  • Maintains and contributes to the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) program.
  • Maintain effective skills by undertaking a variety of tasks ranging on all Back Office tasks.

What we offer

 Temporary role from June till end of the year
 Fulltime with 38 hours
 Salary 11,5 – 12 euros per hours
 Monday to Friday office hours
 Temporarily working from home, training in the Office.
 Due to Covid and home working, no travel allowance is offered.

Job requirements

 Strong administration skills
 Ability to learn quickly
 Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
 Ability to multi-task, assess priorities and competently handle a variety of activities with a high-degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
 Flexible to adapt to changing priorities
 C2 Level in Spanish, Italian and French– verbal and in writing. At least 2 out of the 3 languages
 Proficient in the English language- verbal and in writing
 Intermediate level Microsoft Office
 Experience with GloW system is a plus
 Be able to work under pressure
 MBO level
 VOG requested

The company (insurance company) based in Amsterdam and operations for all European countries is currently migrating different systems and data. The Back Office Associate is non client facing support job within the organization.
The Back Office Associate is responsible for data management and entry, record maintenance, settlements, claims processing, policy processing and complaints processing. Full back-office support to our employees who are client facing.
