Our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their international team in the heart of The Hague. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first and second level support to worldwide license administrators, and troubleshoot any requests coming from different functional groups within the company. You will use your technical knowledge and approach to validate all cases, along with the specialists within your team.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Processing of non-automated and non-standard licenses;
  • Licensing trade compliance following existing procedures;
  • Implementing approved exceptions of rules on the software and licensing systems;
  • Keeping procedures up to date and communicating to end users.

In this role, you need to have a technical mind and a deep understanding of business procedures, which you will learn from day one! With your analytical mindset, you will work together with your team to support end-users all over the world with the goal of providing the best solutions for all.

What we offer

Job requirements

  • Technical background or related, at least at Bachelor level;
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with a very good knowledge of general IT systems, specially enterprise systems (like ERP, CRM, Content Management, ticketing, etc.);
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Problem solver, service orientated, analytical, team player and accurate!
  • Permission to work in The Netherlands.
