About the job

As French Credit control - Customer Service, you are responsible for the incoming and outgoing telephone/emails communication with people and companies with overdue payments.
In the conversation you find out if someone does not want to or cannot pay. You handle the contact till the payment or, if necessary, make a payment arrangement in accordance with the agreements with our clients. You process the conversations administratively in our own system and when necessary in the various systems of our client (s). It is therefore necessary to be able to switch between different screens and or systems.
You can work from home or the office in Rotterdam, hybride position, can change due to covid situation of course.

What we offer

  • Zero hours contract fulltime or partime is possible, possible indefinite contract
  • Opening hours (Monday to Friday 8:30AM till 8PM ā€“ Saturday 8:30 till 1PM)
  • Available for 1 Saturday per month
  • Travel cost refunded as from 10km (0.19cent per Km or OV)
  • ā‚¬ 12 brut per hour

Job requirements

  • Stress resistance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Result oriented
  • Previous experience in CS and similar roles
  • Excellent French and either English or Dutch
  • Computer literate
  • In possession of a Certificate or Good Behavior (VOG) or prepare to apply for one
  • Team spirit
