About the job

As a Customer Service Administrator you will ensure that the workflow runs smoothly by establishing a good working relationship with both our Customers and our Field Service Engineers; receiving queries, trouble shooting/acquiring key technical information and scheduling service work efficiently - providing ‘above expectations’ customer service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive customer calls, troubleshoot and determine needs and urgency
  • Manage and assign Field Service Engineers to service calls
  • Provide remote technical support (on the phone) as required
  • Log service requests and call notes into SAP
  • Ensure necessary parts are available for jobs; spare identification and quotations – handling
  • Act as liaison between our Customers, parts departments and Field Service Engineers – communicating effectively to resolve any possible issues
  • Other tasks may also be part of the daily activities based on business needs

Communications internal and external:

Close cooperation with the contract sales representative, and consultation on specific matters concerning the status of the new contracts that are offered and on open prolongations.
With the Team leader Service Administration on specifics concerning contracts, discounts, prices, agreements etcetera with the goal of getting clarity and serving the customer as best as possible.

With customers on contract related matters, with the goal to help the customers in a professional way to purchase our contracts and to sell from our service contract portfolio.

What we offer

A temporary fulltime job for at least 3 months. The salary is 2.860,- bruto a month

Job requirements

Experience and qualifications

  • Organized, structured and driven with the ability and willingness to work in different situations
  • Takes initiative and demonstrate good judgment in respect of the business, customer and team needs
  • Excellent communications skills and great customer focus is essential
  • English and Dutch speaking and writing.
  • Computer competencies with at least a minimal knowledge of Windows Office
  • SAP experience is desired but not essential as training will be provided
  • Self-motivated and driven with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail without losing the greater picture
  • Working accurately
  • Good administrative capabilities, and work experience is a plus
  • Commercial attitude
  • Able to work under pressure, connected to a budget
