About the job

Do you have good communication skills? Do you like to help and give advice to customers? And do you have good knowledge of English and are you a native speaker in French (or excellent command of the French language)? Then you are the customer service agent we are looking for!

As a customer service agent you will work in a small and dynamic multi-lingual team. Your tasks on a daily basis are attending to customers by phone and e-mail. Questions you can expect are about orders, information inquiries, deliveries, payments, complaints etc. We are looking for service-minded candidates with excellent communication and computer skills. You will get a paid training in advance in order to help customers in the best way possible. the opening hours of our client are from Monday till Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00.

  • A salary of €11,00 euros gross an hour;

Job requirements

As a customer service agent it is important to have good knowledge of the English language and you are a native speaker in French.
You are a teamplayer and you like to give the best service to the clients. Furthermore:

  • You are flexible to work during the opening hours from Monday until Friday (between 8h and 18h) and on Saturday (between 9h and 18h);
  • You are interested in home furnishing and love to help customers and to solve any problem issues.
