Do you have passion for fashion and like working in a commercial role? The function is a multi-tasking job in the organization serving their customers and distributors in the Dutch/Belgium market and French speaking areas. The Dutch and English customer service representative will be responsible for being the first contact person for the Dutch and international customers, having a central position in the local organization, the order administration of the Dutch and part of the Belgium, order management, maintaining customer satisfaction, working in close cooperation with the logistics department and account managers and reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. Apart from that you will be responsible for maintaining relationship with existing clients and at the same time trying to approach new leads from shops and other customers.

What we offer

  • Salary indication €2500-€3000 a month.
  • Holiday allowance in May + 13th month
  • Full time (40 hours), possible for 32 hours.
  • Start date immediately.
  • Full travel costs are reimbursed based on 0,19 cents per km.
  • Easy access by car and public transport.
  • You will first start with a temporary contract of 7 months through Unique with 25 holiday days per year.
  • There is a possibility of an extension and receive a direct contract with the company.
  • You will have the opportunity to be part of the company’s events by travelling abroad.
  • You can receive a course if you wish by Unique as soon as you start your assignment.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • The Dutch language must be excellent and advanced level of English and French.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Experience in working with ERP system order entry and stock modules are a plus
  • Good sense of responsibility.
  • Creative and solution oriented.
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexible.
  • Disciplined and accurate.
  • Outgoing and good commercial mindset.
