What exactly are you going to do

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Employee to strengthen the International Customer Service department at our HQ between Leiden and Hoofddorp.

  • the administrative and commercial processing/guiding of all incoming orders, as well as the return flows, with efficient use of all applicable systems and techniques, quotations
  • solving problems with the goal of maintaining and expanding relationship with our customers
  • conducting all relevant correspondence with customers independently
  • maintaining contact with customers by telephone and/or emails
  • providing administrative and commercial support to the various sales managers within the department

  • 40 hours per week, possibility to work from home (max 3 days)
  • good market-based employment conditions, salary between 2500 - 3200 depending on your experience
  • pleasant working atmosphere with an open culture for initiatives, team around 15 persons
  • Free parking, 10 minutes walking from the train station

Job Requirements

  • enterprising, loyal personality, resistant to stress
  • organizational talent and good administrative skills
  • several years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • MBO education
  • knowledge and application of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Fluency in the following languages (Dutch, French, German), combination of 2
