Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you strong in empathy and customer friendly? Are you also stress resistant and is multitasking your second nature? Then you are the customer service employee French we are looking for!

As a customer service employee the most important job is to make the customers’ lives easier. You offer the best possible customer service by phone, email and chat. You will help the French-speaking customers, whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments. You will answer questions about the online shop and the stores.

What we offer

You will be working with great colleagues in a dedicated team. For the position as a customer service employee we can offer you:

  • A market-conform salary and interesting secondary conditions such as discounts for the products, reimbursement of travel-/ home office expenses and meal allowance;
  • A contract for 32 or 38 hours per week;
  • You start with a temporary contract. However, there is a possibility to earn a permanent contract at our client;
  • An initial paid training of three weeks, this is a fulltime training;
  • A company laptop and additional equipment.

Job requirements

As a customer service employee you are customer friendly and have a positive attitude. You are able to cope with a high workload and you work at your best within a team. Furthermore:

  • Your communication skills in French, both written and spoken, are excellent. Preferably you are a native speaker. Your English also is on a good level, you will use it every day, as the main language within the company is English;
  • Your computer skills are excellent, a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus;
  • Previous experience in customer service is a big plus;
  • You are flexible to work, the opening hours are from 8 am until 9 pm on weekdays and from 9 am until 5 pm during the weekend;
  • You live in the area Maastricht/Liège/Aachen and you are in possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
