What exactly are you going to do

Do you speak German of French and do you like to help customers?

Than, we are looking for you!

You, as a sales support employee are responsible for the communication with customers for shipment information of other important questions.

You manage orders, received into the factory, ensuring the customers’ expectations are met throughout the process to final delivery.

Your responsibilities summed up:

  • You receive customer orders and process special requirements;
  • You also plan the orders (based on capacity, given by production), to achieve the best possible dates;
  • You discuss special requirements internally and liaise with customers;
  • Order changes, you also process;
  • You check progress of orders in production and advise customer of any ship date changes, so they are up to date;
  • Support customers for any enquiries;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects. So the customers get the best service.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar environment;
  • Master the English language in both writing and speech(essential); French and/or German in writing and speech (advantageous);
  • Flexible approach to work times and tasks;
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure ensuring tight deadlines are met.

Our partner is looking for someone who is able to communicate across all departments and at all levels with people. Also someone who is a teamplayer and is capable of working on own initiative and proactively as part of a team. IT skills, including Microsoft Office are easy for this job.

They create innovation for over 100 years. Like fueling solutions, like fuel-dispensing equipment, including systems and payment, automatic tank gauging and wet stock-management solutions.

It’s a professional company, but the people are very nice and the corporate culture is very personal and loving. People appreciate your work and there is time to laugh. But it’s also hard work and learn a lot.

Our parner is based in Bladel, good reachable from Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Hapert, Eersel, Belgium, Tilburg and other cities in the area.
