Do you have excellent communication skills in German and do you strive for customer satisfaction? Do you want to work as a part timer o a full timer? As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the day to day solving of customer claims, relating to pricing, quality issues, delivery problems and handling errors.

Mainly you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact to our customers and distributors
  • Handling orders via email, fax and telephone.
  • Billing invoices and creating credit memos.
  • Following up on procedures and preparing the orders for shipment
  • Contacting customers in regards to outstanding invoices and payments
  • Providing product information to customer and creating sales reports
  • Monitoring the stock level in the sales office and delivery orders
  • Archiving complaints on products

What we offer

  • Challenging position in an international team.
  • The salary is between € 2655-€2800 gross based on 40 hours.
  • 20-40 hours a week.
  • Starting date beginning or mid-May.
  • It is a permanent position
  • You will receive a contract first through Unique for the first 7 months. After than there is a possibility for a direct contract with the company.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a must.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • (near) native German.
  • Flexible, pro-active and positive attitude.
