We are immediately looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in English and German or French.

As a fulltime Customer Service Representative you will manage inquiries/order processing/after sales for customers and be the bridge with the factory, purchasing teams (local and overseas) and vendors. For you this will be in English and German or French.

Further tasks you will be responsible for are as follows:

  • you answer questions and prepare quotations;
  • You do the order processing for the English and German of French customers and do the follow-up until delivery;
  • You are responsible for invoicing & payment follow-up with the customer;
  • you manage the customer contact after sales/complaints (also this for the English and German or French customers);
  • You discuss pricing with the customer.

Job requirements

What will you bring with you as a fulltime Customer Service Representative?

  • you have commercial experience as a Customer Support fellow/Sales Support Representative or relevant similar role with a minimum of 1,5 years;
  • you are fluent in written and oral communication with English and German or French;
  • you have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • you have knowledge/understanding of (non-EU) export procedures and export documentation is a plus;
  • you are a great organizer and have good administrative skills.

About the company

You will be working for an international company. It is a company with branches all over the world. That's why here, besides English, a second language is required. In your case the language is German or French. In this organization there are many German, French and English customers so you can build a large network.

The location where you will be working as fulltime Customer Service Representative is in Roelofarendsveen. This location is difficult to reach by public transport, It is about 30 minutes from Leiden Central Station by bus. Should you come by car there are free parking spaces at the company.
