About the job

We are hiring a full time Customer Service Representative for the Slovakian/Czech desk to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information.
  • Perform customer verifications.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Check debit, payments and invoices.
  • Prepare the orders for shipment.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

What we offer

  • The salary is € 2655 gross based on 40 hours.
  • 40 hours a week.
  • Starting date immediately.
  • It is a permanent position.
  • You will receive a contract first through Unique for the first 6 months. After that there is a possibility for a direct contract with the company.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position is a must.
  • English (oral and written) fluently.
  • Slovakian and Czech is a must.
  • Upper intermediate German is a must.
  • Flexible and able to adjust to new settings.
  • Good communication skills.
