Customer Service Representative English and Dutch

We are looking for an experienced customer service agent for our client. You have experience working in a logistics/shipping environment and all associated administration.

Your work consists of the following:

• Enter and confirm all orders received into the system clearly, correctly, and timely.
• Understand and process required export documentation, including proformas, invoices and other shipping documents.
• Plan shipments, work with warehouse and manage shipping agents to resolve any logistics issues related to accounts and ensure all invoices and other documents are correct.
• Assist in resolving issues concerning, but not limited to orders, shipments, mis-shipments, and returns
• Serve as a liaison between customer and various internal departments related to orders, production, expedites (over-due orders), inventory, invoicing, and shipping issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine customer complaints in cooperation with relevant personnel
• Cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Technical Management, Pricing and Supply Chain to ensure seamless coordination in maximizing service and responsiveness to end customers.
• Strive for internal and external customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of people processes and products.

For this position we can offer €3250,- gross per month based on 38.75 hours per week. This is a full-time position (38.75 hours) that can be filled in a hybrid form (min. 60% office) after the training period. You build up 25 vacation days per year and 8.33% vacation pay. For this position you will receive a temporary contract through Unique and will subsequently receive a contract with the company if you perform well.

Requirements:

• Working experience in order handling, customer service, shipping, and administration
• Familiar with the use of Incoterms 2020
• Familiar with different Payment terms e.g., Payment before Delivery, Documentary Collection and Letters of
  Credit
• Service-minded, co-operative, and structured
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Fluency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of any other language (preferably French) is an advantage.
• Experienced user of Word, Excel, and Outlook – experience in the use of M3/KSD/Salesforce is an advantage
