For our client in Venlo we are immediately looking for a fulltime Customer Service Representative (German Speaker). You immediately receive a temporary contract for at least 6 months through Unique Roermond, and in the long term a takeover and permanent appointment is possible true our client.

As a Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) you aspire improvement. You enjoy being in frequent contact with customers and actively thinking along with them about questions, problems and complaints. Of course you will not be on on your own, so you get started in a department with dozens of different nationalities. You can ask your colleagues for help at any time.

Summary of your main duties::

  • Monitoring the quality of service from other locations and teams;
  • Monitoring and analyzing replacements and returns, as well as repayments;
  • To deal effectively with customer complaints and refer to the relevant department when necessary.;
  • Processing returns and claims on channels such as Amazon, eBay and;
  • Performing a variety of associated administrative and outbound activities.

You start with a salary of approximately € 1,800 gross per month.
You receive a travel allowance. By car this is € 0.19 per kilometer. Public transport costs are fully reimbursed.
In addition, you accrue holiday pay (8.33% through Unique and 8% through the client), as well as paid holiday leave.

Job requirements

Native knowledge and control of the German language and excellent command of the English language;
Customer-oriented and preferably experienced in a similar role;
You are a star in communication;
Experience with the Microsoft Office package, especially Word and Excel;
Available for 32 to 40 hours a week.
