For an international organization in Rotterdam we are searching for a temporary full time Italian customer service representative.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact to our customers and distributors.
  • Registering sales orders, billing invoices and creating credit memos.
  • Following up on procedures and preparing the orders for shipment.
  • Contacting customers in respect to outstanding invoices and payments.
  • Providing product information to customer and creating sales reports.

What we offer

  • Temporary role (6 months) for a maternity replacement.
  • Start date beginning of November.
  • Salary €2716,-- per month.
  • Fulltime position 40 hours.
  • Travel costs fully covered.
  • You will work through this period via Unique with a temporary contract

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in order management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Flexible, pro-active and positive attitude.
  • International mind set and able to work in a dynamic environment.
