We are looking for a strong communicative full time Executive Assistant in Rotterdam who is able to speak both D. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for all business and occasionally personal related duties as delegated by the CEO, so he may focus on his primary responsibilities and maximize his time and effectiveness (i.e. responsible for a wide variety of administrative support duties).
Responsibilities shall include:
Calendar Management in the broadest sense possible.
Assist in the timely management of communications (email, transmittals, telephone, and voicemail).
Travel coordinator; including, but not limited, the preparation of expense reports, arranging flights and updating traveler profiles, hotel accommodation and conferences, and maintaining regular contact with suppliers.
Event coordinator; including, but not limited, preparation of and follow up on Executive Management Meetings.
Update intranet, website and other online presence as/when required.
Support on recruiting activities.
Perform variety of all further office related tasks.
Ensure visitors and phone calls are attended courteously and promptly.

The role requires a very proactive and extremely detail-oriented Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills in Dutch & English, knowledge of German is to be considered an advantage (written, verbal and interpersonal), and a very strong work ethic.
You have > 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
You have a higher education in Executive Management Support.
Demonstrated strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office / Office 365 - social/business media knowledge and insight is a bonus.
