We are looking for a full time Polish permanent Financial Administration Employee in Vlaardingen. You will be responsible for the correct processing of a (financial) sub-administration. You need to have knowledge of the Polish Law and regulations.

  • Administrative routines/systems.
  • Management of debtors/creditors.
  • Preregister/breakdown/encoding/enter bills.
  • Outgoing invoicing.
  • Correspondence concerning incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Process incoming e-mails
  • Answering or following up e-mails

What we offer

  • Start date: immediately
  • Salary indication: €2500 – €3000
  • Travel costs fully covered based on 0.19 cents.
  • We can offer a contract of 7 months with one month probation period or you can get immediately a direct contract with the company.
  • Easy to access by car or public transport.
  • 25 days holiday + ADV paid days.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Native or near native Polish with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of the Polish Law and regulations.
  • Stick to the agreement; the employee does what he / she promises.
  • The employee completes the tasks completely.
  • Is able to plan work.
  • Reports errors and disturbances on time.
  • Comes with proposals for improvement.
  • Works according to business rules, procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs all other activities that are reasonably part of the job.
