For our client we are looking for a fulltime French speaking Sales Support Employee. You support all administrative tasks in daily operations and offer assistance to client projects and organization of internal programs (IP).

Your core activities as a Sales Support Employee are:

  • Assist and support the International Sales Support Team with e.g.
  • Maintenance of database in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Prepare training files (attendance list, name cards, certificates, e-surveys).
  • Edit and send preparation for training participants: invitation letter and program (incl. e-services).
  • Prepare evaluations/reports after training.
  • Coordination and administration Open Programs (OP)
  • Send confirmation of participation to client and/or participant.
  • Prepare invoices for participants.
  • Prepare training files (attendance list, name cards, certificates, e-surveys).
  • Prepare and send out all participant preparation in time.
  • Deal with general telephone and/or email inquiries, including sending OP information.
  • Be the contact person for hotels: bookings, confirming attendance, logistics, invoicing, complaints, evaluation.
  • Plan trainings and/or dates and changes of those training(date)s.
  • Plan/offer intake sessions, catch-up sessions.
  • Book hotel accommodation for consultants for overnight stay.
  • Make evaluation reports.

  • Salary between 2,500 and 2,700 euros (40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;

Job requirements

  • Working/Thinking on secondary school level (Level 4 EQF).
  • Min. 3 years vocational training or further education after Level 4 EQF (min. 2 years’ in a service-oriented commercial role or role including professional correspondence).
  • Elevated ability in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Office, Teams, etc.).
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (B2).
  • Advanced to native skills of client’s language (C1+), preferably French. More languages are a plus.
  • Embrace and live Krauthammer Values and Principles.
