Your tasks:
As a member of the Connect Center (inbound, outbound and email) you are responsible for incoming and outgoing calls with individuals as well as companies with payment in arrears. In the conversation you will track down someone’s ability and willingness to pay. You will move the conversation into the direction where measurements or payment arrangements will be taken (in accordance to the company policy). You will use your communication skills, show ambition during the call and are in charge of the conversation. As a member of the Connect Center you have no difficulties dealing with the resistance and hesitance of clients and you know how to bring the message in a clear manner. You will take care of the administration in the internal administration system(s). Therefor it’s necessary to switch easily between different computer systems and screens. As a member of the Connect Center you also answer incoming emails.

Job requirements

Who are you ?

  • An education equivalent to MBO;
  • Experience with similar customer stories is a plus;
  • Communicative and result oriented;
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch, Flemish or French language in word as well as writing;
  • Computer experience;
  • In possession of declaration of behavior (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) or prepared to request it;
  • Part time available, flexible contract of a minimum/average of 9 hours a week or a flexible contract based on a minimum/ average of 18 hours a week.
