As an account manager you will build relationships via e-mail and telephone. Your clients will be small and medium sized businesses.

In this role you will add value for your clients by developing ideas and follow through to achieve a win-win situation for the client and the business; As an account management, you will continuously provide feedback and follow through on areas for developing and improving internal processes.

Apart from this, you will handle negotiations and big accounts independently. With your analytical mindset and entrepreneurial attitude, you will identify growth opportunities within your client accounts and build and maintain successful working relationships. Your job will also include constant communication with your customers, by by email and telephone, and follow up on different issues (e.g. outstanding payments).

Job requirements

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business or a related education, and at least 1-3 years of experience in account management/customer service (preferably B2B).

Ideally, you have some experience with the German market as well.

Apart from this, we are looking for a team player with:

  • Excellent communication skills and can use different communication techniques;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
  • A good overview of your client groups and you have an eye for detail.
