About the job

We are looking for a full time HR Administrator Specialist with superb communication and administration skills. For this position you need to speak both Dutch and English perfectly. To be a successful HR Administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labor laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR Administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities. You should also be willing to attend workshops and training sessions wherever possible.

1. manage attendance and absenteeism of employees.
2. contact absentum arbo and insurance company.
3. process all the documents, data and paperwork of personnel.
4. hire new qualified employees.
5. conduct new employee orientations.
6. other jobs related to human resource.

1. manage company’s property.
2. track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
3. taking minutes for meetings between management and employees or meetings between GIT and suppliers.
4. coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
5. assist colleagues when necessary.
6. other jobs related to administration.

Job requirements

. 2 years or more working experience of HR and Administration.
. Good knowledge of Dutch labor law.
. Proactive & diligent & ambitious character.
. You need to speak Dutch and English fluently (spoken and written).
. The first working day: Nov.02, 2020
