Provide quality HR advice and service to the PEPN and PIEP workforce. Manage the Performance Appraisal process, Competence Framework, annual Training Need Analysis, Manpower Plan, Succession Planning and ensure a subset of the company’s vacancies are filled as well as delivering a subset of the annual HR Projects.
Principal Accountabilities :
Ensure company HSEQ policies, procedures and practices are followed.
Provide specialist advice and guidance to the PEPN and PIEP workforce (requested and unsolicited) helping them to identify their development needs.
Conduct training needs analysis and provide specialist advice and training options to managers and staff.
Manage the PEPN and PIEP’s performance appraisal process and Manpower planning timely and accurately.
Manage preparation of the annual Training Need Analysis and Manpower Plan. Update internal and external stored employee data related to performance and development.
Coordinate and advice the line Manager in the area of Talent Management (IDP process, special development programs, succession planning), Performance and facilitate implementing agreed action plan.
Manage and update Job Competence Profiles and PEPN Competence Framework in compliance with corporate as with national and international standards.
Manage and support (a subset of) annual HR Projects either in a project leader or project team member role as defined in incumbent’s annual PMGP.
Act as substitute for HR Advisor generalist role
Principal Challenges :
Dealing with a workforce of approximately 170 people onshore in many disciplines and offshore with different qualification- and competence levels and conditions.
Providing advice to the business about a range of learning and development initiatives and interventions.

Minimum a Bachelor in Human Resources
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in HR Advisor role in an international environment
Strong advising skills (persuasiveness) and providing the business with solutions to HR issues
Strong social skills and ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
Ability to set and work on multiple priorities simultaneously and meet associated deadlines without losing track of any of these priorities
Ability to work independently
Dutch working level proficiency mandatory
