What exactly are you going to do

For one of our clients in Alphen aan den Rijn we are looking for a permanent full-time HR Generalist to work with and support the Talent & Culture Director. The role will suit a candidate that enjoys working in a busy environment where no day is the same and a variety of tasks are completed. The position reports to the HR officer.

> Support the HR Talent & Culture Director with tasks/projects related to achieving the HR strategy
> Being the local point of contact for both managers and employees when it comes to people-related topics
> HR Administration including but not limited to offer letters, contract of employment
> Maintain the HR system (currently People HR to be replaced by Workday)
> Working with Finance, IT and Facilities on local cross-team projects and policies
> Support the recruitment process and provide a professional onboarding experience for new employees and similarly the offboarding process
> Prepare payroll information and submit to the relevant 3rd party payroll processors
> Ensure all relevant 3rd party provider data is submitted and kept up to date in the various portals relating to sickness reporting, sickness insurance and pension
> Manage and submit the data for internal Narrowcasting site communications

Job Requirements

> You have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience ideally within an international organization
> You enjoy working across a broad spectrum of tasks, dynamic, proactive, team player and with an eye for detail
> You are a confident communicator, sensitive, helpful and service-oriented
> Excellent oral and written communication, in both English and Dutch
> You have a broad understanding of payroll matters such WKR, pensions and Dutch Labour law

The company is a provider of valve operation solutions such as valve interlocks, portable actuators, and valve position indicators.
