We are currently looking for an HR Assistant that is proactive, has the knowledge and experience with different HR processes, and blends well in a international environment.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare mutations for payroll
  • Prepare letters, employment contracts and all other requested documents concerning employees
  • Provide support to all new hire actions, termination actions and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to enroll employees in company benefit programs
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers for administrative related questions
  • Gatekeeper for retention of data (GDPR related)

Job requirements

You have the following skills, you are comfortable using MS Office and have experience in SAP. You are a social and outgoing personalit, and HR related issues and process.

Other additional requirements are:
(Near) native level of Dutch and English

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, experience with sickness registration is a must
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic work attitude
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must
