HR Assistant

For our Human Resources department we are seeking an experienced HR Assistant for a period of approximately 3 months full time, who will provide high quality administrative support in line with our HR policies, processes and working procedures.

Tasks

• Independently carries out all administrative actions (correspondence, contracts, forms, filing etc.) arising from the activities within the HR department;
• Act as point of contact for HR colleagues and employees in case of specific administrative and procedural actions and activities;
• Ensures an accurate and efficient input and maintenance of personnel and salary administrative information in the personnel administration system and various internal and external administrative systems;
• Provides clear and accurate ad hoc and periodic reports and SAP query overviews;
• Keeping track of employee life events and milestones such as marriages, births and anniversaries;
• Scheduling appointments and handling invoices and other incoming mail.
