The experience:

You work together with the HR Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist and a HR Intern, to lift the HR Department to a higher level. Enough projects to tackle, such as performance- and talent management, sickness absence and learning and development. Although you are part of the team, you are able to pick up these projects independently, with flair and decisiveness.

You can stay afloat under challenging dynamic conditions, you approach everything you do with commitment, a strong sense of ownership, and humor.

You work in a stimulating, international and commercial environment. A few key words: informal, no-nonsense, future-oriented, focus on development and success.


Being a trusted advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR;
You proactively tackle issues that can be improved and you participate in internal HR projects. Creating, implementing and managing innovative projects, in line with HR strategy and business needs;
You apply the organization's HR tools, policies and you advise proactively on terms and conditions of employment, organization development, performance and talent management, learning and development, sickness absence and legislation and regulations;
Proficient with MS Office and AFAS, a key user is a big plus.
Developing, facilitating, recommending and delivering training programs, workshops or presentations for managers and employees, in consultation with management, to ensure skills and knowledge of employees will continue to develop;
Day to day operational tasks, such as keeping the system and the personnel files up to date, and drawing up contracts;

Job requirements


You are available for 40 hours a week;
You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM, business economics or (organizational) psychology, or equivalent professional and intellectual capacities;
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
Whilst you are a strategic thinker you are also able to provide pragmatic solutions. You are driven by results and always think in opportunities;
Well-developed communication skills on all levels, presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills;
The ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion;
Thorough knowledge of Dutch legislation is a must;
Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and analytical capabilities;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
