About the job

In the position of inside sales will be responsible for the order management process of your own group of clients. As the first point of contact of your clients, you are responsible for nurturing the relationship. You will support the account manager who is responsible for all of the acquisition, however, you enjoy having sales conversations with the clients and see if you will have an additional product for them. There is no doubt that you will take the extra mile for the client and at the same time, you’re processing everything in SAP.

Your tasks include:

  • Keeping close contact with the customer group from the countries: Germany, Austria and the Benelux.
  • Assist the account manager with sales tasks including cross-selling and up-selling. Make sure that the clients are aware of the current group of products, new product and special offers to increase the revenue.
  • Managing the order-to-cash flow to ensure that the clients receive the best service.
  • Setting up price offers quotations and staying in close contact with colleagues of other departments, suppliers and clients.
  • Ensure good customer service by handling questions about the products and complaints.

What we offer

A fulltime position at a growing organization in Limburg near Heerlen! If you live in Maastricht or Germany (e.g. Aachen or Würselen), you can easily commute to the company. The salary is according to your experience, however, for someone without it is around €2300 and someone with experience can reach to €2800. You will work with targets and there is a bonus scheme accordingly.

Job requirements

You have:

  • fluent proficiency of the German language
  • sales, service and excellent communication skills.
  • around 1 year of relevant working experience in the customer service, inside sales or another support position.

The organization is specialized in a niche market within the FMCG industry. They import and distribute food and non-food products all over Europe. The biggest markets are at the moment Germany, Austria, and the Benelux. The customer group are mostly Asian supermarket and specialized shops. The organization is located in Heerlen and easily accessible from Maastricht, Sittard, Hoensbroek and the cities in Germany near the boarder. The organization consists of more than 250 people in total and the 25 people from the inside sales department are waiting for you!
