What exactly are you going to do

The Customer Services department consists of nine employees. They are responsible for answering all customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone from the Service Center. Additionally, the department offers various services for entrepreneurs, such as consultation hours and webinars, and conducts customer research.

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys answering questions and helping people move forward. As a Customer Services Officer, you are in daily contact with our customers and answer all kinds of questions about our services. You listen well, are patient, and can empathize with others.

  • *Customer Contact**
  • You are the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
  • You proactively answer customer questions through all our service channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
  • You guide customers in applying for the products and services we offer.
  • You also focus on product owners, end users, and suppliers in your work. This means you advise and support product owners and end users, maintain contact with suppliers, and manage them when necessary.
  • *Information and Promotion**
  • You promote additional services of our organization, for example, at the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and at networking events.
  • You explain our additional services, such as the i-DEPOT.
  • You provide input for relevant content in the content team.
  • You make improvement proposals.
  • You provide input for the optimization of processes.
  • You keep reports of, for example, the number of calls, emails, and answered tickets.

Job Requirements

  • *Who are you?**
  • At least MBO/Vocational Secondary Education work and thinking level.
  • Two to three years of experience in a call center.
  • Your knowledge and writing skills in Dutch and English are good (if you also speak French, that is a great advantage!).
  • You enjoy figuring things out.
  • You listen well and keep a cool head.
  • You are willing to work 40 hours (32 hours in consultation).

    The company is an official institution in the Benelux that registers trademarks and designs. Our main task is to ensure that entrepreneurs in the Benelux protect their intellectual property. The company employs 80 people.
    You will work form our office in Den Haag easy to reach by OV and car.
