As a Management Assistant you will be working in an international environment being responsible for all administrative and organizational tasks.

On a daily basis you will…

  • be responsible for all the administrative activities such as e-mail, mail, managing the agenda, taking minutes and archiving;
  • be responsible for managing the Product Department calendar (by making appointments, by creating awareness about expiring deadlines, and by managing action lists);
  • assess incoming correspondence, email and telephone on urgency;
  • make decisions regarding implementation of core tasks;
  • be responsible for the travel bookings for the Product Department;
  • act as a back-up for the Executive Assistant;
  • support in the organization of events.

Job requirements

You have a Bachelor degree and several years of experience in a similar role. You speak English and either German or French fluently both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with the following competences:

  • Organizational skills
  • Accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great communication skills
