What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities:

  • You will be closely working together with the current office manager to maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Organize and manage executives schedule, meetings, appointments, hotel /flight bookings and other office operations and procedures;
  • Helping management set priorities and oversee agendas for internal and external engagements;
  • Support for Sales Head and execute key sales administrative tasks;
  • Organize internal and relational events;
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency;
  • General administrative support and any other ad hoc support and required secretarial tasks by managing Director and Sales Head.

Job requirements

Your skills:

  • Bachelor degree and/or relevant secretary education;
  • Proven 2-year office management, administrative or secretary experience an international organization;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to assess and organize the daily workload based on priorities;
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience in Salesforce (CRM) is a plus;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask;
  • Good communication and Interpersonal abilities;
  • Intrinsic motivation to work on our ambitious and meaningful goal;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Gets things done with a high level of accuracy;
  • Fluence in Dutch, English, and strong preference for German;
  • Good team player with flexible mindset.
