Do you have what it takes to coordinate the Assembly & Integration of Launcher Structures? You are an expert in the field of assembly & integration, with your people skills you operationally manage the international production team.

Launcher Structures. Operationally you manage the team of around 10 -15 employees, by executing the planning, distributing the work between the team members and managing the execution of the work. You signal bottlenecks in resource capacity and anticipate on it. You monitor the cleanliness and create necessary conditions to perform the work. With your experience in the field of assembly, you help your team solving problems and contribute as a fore(wo)man. Besides, you make suggestions for improvement (according to 5 S) and follow up on them. If necessary, you provide input for acquisition and proposals.

The work is performed in our new conditioned production facilities and requires a great deal of craftsmanship. Within this facility, we work with an industrial drilling and pulling robot.
You are part of a new international team that started the production. Since the production is still in a start-up phase, you need to bring a flexible mind-set. In return, we will have some interesting challenges ready for you.

What we offer

We offer a challenging job in a dynamic and international working environment with good working conditions. You will start with a one-year contract via an agency, with the prospect of a permanent contract on the longer term. The working location is Oegstgeest.

Job requirements

You completed a relevant (higher) technical education supplemented with 5 – 10 years’ experience in leading a production team. Besides, you have extensive experience with the assembly & integration of preferably aluminum products. With your people skills, you know how to motivate and lead people. You are familiar with and have experience with the Lean methodology. You master the English language in speaking and writing, and you have affinity with and know how to handle digital tools (Office, ERP system).
