The Market & Business Intelligence Manager position will be responsible for the company to raise the business intelligence capability within the development teams. The position is expected to lead global market research efforts, and coordinate strategic growth opportunities with all the development managers in the four development regions. The position is expected to produce regular updates and reports such as: country briefs, and market opportunities briefs.
Furthermore, the position holder is expected to have strategic business accumen and ability to scope and develop business proposals to support and enable the development and recognition managers in their countries to grow the company.
The successful candidate will need to have experience developing business in the education market, and taking responsthe companyility for producing opportunities that would lead to an marked increase in revenue to the organization. He/she will support the expansion of company’s programs and services, supporting the heads of development and their development managers. The position will need to work globally across all regions.
Leadership and Business Management
Develop a clear market research strategy and identify key growth opportunities
Collaborate with global research companies, like ISC Research to others to access required market information.
Coordinate with the D&R managers to develop country briefs and market opportunities briefs, that are regularly updated, and key improvements suggested implemented
Think out of the box to Identify business opportunities that require a non standard service that THE COMPANY offers, and work internally with key departments to prepare business proposals that would lead to growing the THE COMPANY footprint.
Bring valuable market insights feedback on timely basis to the senior leadership within the organization.
Work internally with IT to develop a database of information needed and develop dashboard reports.
Support all heads of development to achieve consistent growth and implementation of THE COMPANY programmes in schools through an effective strategic vision, growth and marketing plan.
In collaboration with heads of development enhance effective outreach to government, ministries, educational leaders and business leaders to support the achievement of country specific development plans.
Coordinate with marketing department on specific global campaign when needed.
Nurture, maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders (governmental & business) to ensure consistence flow of valuable market information and opportunities.
Coordinate the development and delivery of specialized services when the opportunity arises.
Work closely with the Global Director Business Development to support build business acumen of the development managers as needed.
Possess the skills and the tools to develop market plans, and report on monthly and quarterly basis.
Define and achieve key growth targets that are challenging and achievable for the development team, based on evidence-based forecasting.
Support the Development teams ensuring they have access to the necessary information and data.
As a professional in the THE COMPANY, this position is expected to Enable, Inspire and Take action, for all his/her staff and be able to articulate THE COMPANY values and is transparent in dealings with team members.
Develop and manage annual budget for the assigned activities/events.
Report Monthly and quarterly to the Global Director Business Development on general department progress and key strategic initiatives.

Salary between 63-85K per year.

The global conference department is a Global team located in Washington US, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore. The Global conference team sets the strategic direction of all global conferences and manages the logistics for all global conferences, hosting over 4,500+ participants across all three regions (North- and South America, Africa, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific).
