Main responsibilities:

Parts and Products control:

  • Performs the MRP process and purchases all production and sales parts (C-orders; including emergency orders). Does the purchase ordering, taking account of P/O-lots and delivery times, and controls confirmations. Consults suppliers if necessary. Does the follow-up from ordering till delivery. Gives feedback to the persons involved if necessary.
  • Gathers all necessary information needed for the MRP process, and does related proposals (such as lot sizes, packing methods, consumptions).
  • Communicates with a supplier in case of wrong deliveries (quantity, documents, timeliness, etc.). Makes agreements with a supplier to come to correct deliveries.
  • Organizes and coordinates all needed administrative and physical actions in case of rejections as result of an incoming inspection. Works closely with the Supervisor Incoming Goods and the supplier to have continuity in availability of parts with the requested quality.
  • Gathers all information needed for clear suppliers performances and informs suppliers, production management and the procurement specialist periodical and incidental.
  • For structural and out of ordinary problems the procurement specialist can be asked for assistance and further communication with the supplier. In this case all information will be handed over to the procurement specialist to solve the problem.
  • Consults the planner production about stagnation in the availability of parts.
  • Organizes stock counting in consultation with the manager production.
  • Assists on request to investigate and solve problems with invoices and related issues.

Working location Almere, fulltime employment (37,5 hours p/w), chance of a permanent position at proven suitability.

Job requirements


  • Important: Languages English ánd Dutch written and spoken
  • Education at MBO-level
  • Min. 3 year work experience in a similar position, preferably in an international
    technical (assembly) environment
  • Familiar with purchasing planning
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • Excel skills (medior)
  • Able to perform under pressure and to meet deadlines
