As an Office Manager & Project coordinator you will join a team of two wonderful colleagues, with whom you will share a wide range of tasks. Every day is different, you will be the spider in the web. Your work makes a difference & has a direct impact on the success of the company & well being of your clients & colleagues. You will receive a direct, long-term contract with our client & excellent employment conditions (more details further down). You can work either full-time or part-time (day off Wednesday).

Your responsibilties include:

  • First point of contacts for clients who visit the office or reach out via phone, email & post;
  • you are in charge of handling the venue agenda, office supplies, catering, travel arrangements, etc.;
  • you support your colleagues in organizing events, including administration, hotel & travel bookings, planning programs, etc.;
  • you take care of visitors;
  • you support your colleagues & several managers with a variety of other tasks when needed.

What we offer

We offer you a direct, long-term contract with our client. You will receive outstanding secondary benefits, such as an NS business cards, pension plan, disability insurance, 28 holidays, and others. Your working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 (non-negotiable). You will have access to training programs & personal coachings. The salary will be around €2100 - €2500, based on experience. You will receive further salary steps.

Job requirements

For a great match you should meet the following requirements:

  • excellent English & Dutch language skills (spoken & written);
  • outstanding communication & people skills;
  • higher education and/or previous work experience in a similar role;
  • you are an advanced user with MS Office applications;
  • service minded personality, pro-active;
  • you love to organize & you like to communicate your ideas to your colleagues.
