Every day we bake the tastiest and fairest bread that you will find on the shelves of our customers such as Plus, Nettorama, Jan Linders, Albert Heijn and Coop. A lot needs to be done to make this happen! On paper you are a production operator, but in practice you feel like a real baker. Which makes sense, because you bake the best bread. The buns roll smoothly on the belt today. You can already pick up a few bags of raw materials with the electric pump truck. Get them ready for the next team.
What are you going to do?
After putting on your baker's clothes, have a cup of coffee in the cafeteria. When it's time to clock in, you don't just walk into the bakery. First wash your hands and clean your shoes. You will get started with the team!
In an air-conditioned environment, the process begins and you take care of the dough. All the ingredients you need for our artisanal rustic bread are put together in a large tub. For example, is the water the right temperature? You add some much-needed additives yourself. Check if the dough looks good. Once the dough has been kneaded, it is cut into loaves of bread that end up rolled up in the resting cabinet. After a long resting time, all those loaves go into the proofer, where they have time to rise into a beautiful loaf.
You keep a close eye on the entire process to prevent malfunctions. Failures stop the entire process and you don't want that, in the worst case your bread will fail and that is really horrible for you as a baker. Decorate the bread with poppy or sesame seeds before putting it in the oven. At the end of the day the machines are cleaned and the floor is swept.
