We are currently looking for a part time all round Accounting Administrator in Rotterdam from book keeping to preparing monthly and annual closings assisting the Manager. For all accounting related matter under management of The Netherlands office, which includes the French Office. You have the possibility to receive 1 year direct contract with the company (vast).

Be the critical team player in the day-to-day processing of administrative duties within the
finance department.

. Creditor administration.
. Debtor administration.
. Bank administration.
. Petty cash administration.
. Expense administration.
. Business trip reports.
. Intercompany transactions.
. Fix asset control of the Netherlands and French office.
. CBS reports for Intra community trade.
. VAT report to the tax office.
. Support to Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closings.
. Other administrative jobs related to General Office Administration.
. Making and updating the procedure of own job.

  • € 2500-3000 gross per month depending on experience based on 40 hours.

Job requirements

Required skills
. MBO or HBO level of last education.
. Experience in Accounting around 3-6 years.
. You need to be fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
. Other Languages are favorable and French would be an advantage.
. Good in Microsoft Excel and Word.
. Experience with Accounting software (Exact, Accountview, SAP etc.) SBR reports.
. Experience in processing work related costs.
