We are currently seeking an enthusiastic production worker who is prepared to take on a challenging and diverse role. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide array of tasks, including testing, preparation, orbital welding, assembly, sawing, fitting, packaging, cleaning, pressing, and more. With increasing experience, you will have the chance to work independently based on work orders and drawings. Becoming proficient in at least six workstations may even lead to advancement to the position of an all-round operator.
As a production worker, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assembling hoses and carrying out minor welding tasks.
- Inspecting the produced material and rotating through various departments, each with 5 to 8 workstations.
- Maintaining a clean work floor and consistently upholding a focus on quality.
You will follow a two-shift schedule, working from Monday to Friday during one week and in the evening shift from Monday to Thursday the following week. If you are ready for a dynamic role that involves a variety of tasks and the potential for personal and professional growth.
